FAQs
How long will it take?
Generally, we complete the work within two days of receiving the item. Then, we have to add the time for the courier to deliver to you. We always send a timeline along with your quote and endeavour to work within your time requirements.

Where do I send the item?
You don't. We will collect it from you using one of our courier partners. All you need to do is make sure someone is home to hand the item to the courier.
How much will the engraving cost? And does it include postage?
Yes, it includes postage, insured for up to £150. We will have to add insurance costs for higher-value items up to their value. Pricing starts from £35.00 (inc postage) up to 5 characters, then £2 per character after that. Charging for monograms, seals, images etc... will differ. Please get in touch, and we will send through a quote.
My item is expensive. Will it be safe to post?
Your peace of mind is paramount. We use reputable couriers, including the Royal Mail and DPD, or personally collect items within 20km of Bath.
When posting or couriering, your item will be tracked and insured. We will insure the item up to £150 as standard. For more valuable pieces, we will insure up to your specified value, which will be an extra cost.
What fonts can I choose?
You can download a font form with four fonts from which you can choose. If you require another font or facsimile, please send through a reference. Please remember to check your spelling!
How will you know where to engrave?
We will ask you to fill in a form. We'll then send you a proof image via WhatsApp or email for your approval. Once we have your sign-off, we'll get on with the job!
